Shipping Policy for Food, Grocery, Meat, and Pharmacy Delivery

food, grocery, meat, and pharmacy items within "20 to 60 minutes" from the time your order is 
placed. Below is our updated shipping policy, designed to ensure your items arrive quickly and 
securely. 

1. Delivery Time 


Fast Delivery:  All orders are processed and shipped within 20 to 60 minutes from the time you place 
your order. We pride ourselves on offering one of the fastest delivery services in the industry. 

Real Time Tracking: 
You’ll receive real time tracking information, so you can track your delivery every step of the way. 

2. Delivery Areas 


Currently We are delivering within Vizianagaram Zone. Our delivery services are available in the 
following zones: 

We are soon available in this zone: 
1. Visakhapatnam 
2. ParvathiPuram  
3. Bobbili 
4. Srikakulam 
5. Palakonda 
6. Rajam 

If you are located outside our delivery zone, we will notify you at checkout and offer alternative 
options if available. 

3. Order Processing & Delivery: 

Instant Processing: 
Once your order is placed, our system immediately processes it, and our team begins preparing your 
items for rapid delivery.
 
Delivery Window: All orders will be delivered within "20 to 60 minutes" from the time your order is 
confirmed, ensuring that your items arrive fresh, fast, and ready to enjoy. 

Order Cut off Time:  Orders placed after  11 pm may be subject to the next available delivery window. 

Schedule Delivery: If Your Ordering  meat or Farm Milk you can schedule your Order Before day  

4. Delivery Charges: 

Free Delivery: We offer free delivery for orders above 500 within our delivery zones. 
 
Delivery Fee:  For orders below  Rs.500, a small delivery fee of Rs.35 will be applied at checkout.
 
Delivery fees may vary depending on the specific delivery area. 

5. Packaging 

Food & Grocery: We use insulated packaging for groceries to ensure that items remain fresh during 
delivery. 

Meat Products: Fresh meat is packed in temperature controlled, insulated packaging to maintain 
freshness and safety. 

Pharmacy Products: Pharmacy items are securely packaged to prevent damage, and prescription 
items are handled with care to ensure compliance with safety standards. 

6. Perishable Items 


Quick Delivery for Freshness: Since we deliver all items quickly, perishable items such as meat, 
dairy, and fresh produce will reach you at peak freshness. 

Best Practices: Our delivery team takes extra care to ensure that all perishable goods are stored and 
transported in the proper conditions. 

7. Delivery Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an email or SMS with real time tracking once your order is dispatched.  
You can also check the status of your delivery through our website or app. 

8. Delivery Issues & Delays 

Delays: While we strive to deliver within 20 to 60 minutes, unexpected delays may occur due to 
high demand, traffic, or weather conditions. We will notify you promptly in case of any delays.
 
Failed Deliveries: If you are not available to receive your delivery, we will attempt to contact you to 
arrange a new delivery time. If no one is available to accept the delivery, we may leave your package 
at a safe location. 

9. Customer Responsibility   


Accurate Address: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and up to date at checkout to 
avoid delays. We cannot be held responsible for any issues caused by incorrect address information.
 
Receiving Your Delivery: To ensure the highest quality and freshness of your products, we 
recommend that someone is available to receive your order. 

10. Returns & Refunds 


Food, Meat, and Grocery Products: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on 
food, meat, or perishable items unless they are damaged or incorrect. 

Pharmacy Products: If you have received the wrong prescription or incorrect items, please contact 
us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue promptly. 

11. Pharmacy Orders 


Prescription Verification: All pharmacy orders are subject to verification by our pharmacy team. 

Prescription medications may take slightly longer to process, but we strive to ship them as quickly as 
possible within our 20-to-60-minute delivery window.
 
Controlled Substances: Certain medications may require special handling and delivery conditions. 

We will notify you of any additional requirements for these products.
